I have two big pine trees in my front yard that is killing my grass, plus we're going to have a drought this year. I would like inspirational ideas for a way to redesign the front yard, reduce the lawn with a path that leads to the gate using the attached photos. Please keep existing plants but design something around the tree taking up the brown and yellow spots where the lawn is dead or dying. Please combine hardscape, rocks, mulch, xeriscape plants suitable for zone 6a. I would like this to be a cohesive design with my neighbors yard and would like to see this design from the different perspectives of the photos attached
