The plot is 9 meters wide and 90 meters long and is currently classified as agricultural land. However, I would like to transform it into a leisure and recreational area. The goal is to create a space that can comfortably accommodate 20–30 people, with parking available for at least 8 vehicles. The area should include a covered pergola, a separate restroom facility, a garden well, a playground for children, as well as a relaxation and entertainment area for adults. The project also includes a barbecue area, possibly a traditional outdoor cooking area (bogrács), as well as the planting of trees, shrubs, and evergreen plants. Additionally, space should be provided for hammocks to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment.
