Yes, that design works wonderfully in an 81x132 cm space, especially if the spa and plunge pool are kept centered as the main focal point. Extending the fountain into the plunge pool is a great way to add a touch of luxury without needing a huge pool.
For the covered patio, the composite roof and tongue-and-groove ceiling with heaters and recessed lighting are a gem: it will make the space usable for many more months of the year. I placed the fireplace right next to the patio so it feels like a gathering area rather than separate elements.
