How about this one? Would anyone know a good independent contractor? To go from a sloped backyard to something like this for around 15k I dont need all the stone work a flat firepit area wound be fine and not necessarily quite as tall retaining walls

    you can absolutely simplify for budget. Do 1 main retaining wall + wide steps, and instead of multiple terraces: one clean lower patio circle (or oval) for the firepit + planting mass on the sides with grasses + shrubs.     Thanks for your suggestion and the link shows me the current version with lots of white flowers. Id love to see a budget friendly idea.
