Can I get some advice on what to put in front of the house to "clean" it up and make it presentable? I don't want flowers, plants, etc. Just something basic and clean. I am selling the house and want to leave a clean slate for the new owners. I was thinking white polished rocks or a red mulch. It will go on both sides of the entrance steps and on the side of the house. I need help with curb appeal. Thank you in advance.

    I put together some ideas with no plants. Just doing some pressure washing on the concrete and filling the space with gravel, mulch, or stones.     I prefer mulch. Stone is more difficult to remove if it is not liked by the new owner.

    For selling, simple and neutral is the right move. White polished rock is a good choice here it instantly cleans things up, reflects light, and makes the entry feel finished without forcing any style on the next owner. I’d keep it flat and minimal, just like this, and make sure the edges are crisp so it looks intentional. Red mulch can work, but it’s more polarizing and fades fast; the white rock reads cleaner and more “move-in ready,” especially against the blue siding.
