That design looks gorgeous! If you’re buying plants in smaller sizes, you’re probably looking at $9k to $15k in Stockton if you hire it out. The brick and stonework and the boulders are still the biggest cost drivers, but using 1-gallon and 2-gallon plants keeps the plant portion much lower. With mulch, site prep, and light irrigation tweaks included, most landscapers would land in that range. If you DIY a lot of the labor, you could probably get it done for $4k to $7k in materials, rentals, etc.
