In my opinion, approximate prices (Dayton, OH area): Plant renovation only (mulch + perennials/shrubs): ~$1,000–$4,000 Complete renovation with edging + new flowerbeds + more plants/rocks: ~$4,000–$10,000 If you're adding or renovating landscaping elements (pavers/steps/walls/fire pit): easily between $15,000 and $40,000.
