Honestly this has great bones already it just needs a cleaner “frame” so it reads more intentional from the street.
If you’re removing those trees/shrubs along the sides, a white picket fence is a great move to define the space and make it feel polished. Then I’d do big hydrangea groupings as the main color blocks + agapanthus as repetition along the front edge (super clean + modern cottage vibe).
